Click the Void Transaction link on the Subscription Details page to display the Voiding Subscription page, which allows you to annul the consumer's subscription before the transaction is settled. NOTE: No credit is posted to the account; no funds are transferred.
The transactions are authorized and the funds are reserved, however, the funds will not be transferred. The process of transaction back issuing releases any pending funds; the time frame of this release varies from bank to bank.
Select a reason for the repeal from the Refund Reason drop-down menu.
Click Finish Void to submit the changes to CCBill's system.
Click Don't Void to discontinue.
