The Trackers area allows you to add or remove a subaccount's trackers, which may be used to trace the number of times advertisement banners or pages have been clicked. You can use trackers to keep an eye on the amount of traffic or sales generated from advertisements.
If required, choose a subaccount from the drop-down menu in the Selection Pane. Click the View Report button to access the subaccount information and open the Tracker Report in the Display area. The Tracker report provides the overall status of the Advertisement Tracker.
Choose a link in the Selection Pane.
Available function links:
Create New Tracker - Used to build an Ad Tracker. When you create the Tracker, the system will supply the linking code only once. If you need to get the Tracker linking code at another time, you can do so in the Affiliates Report. See Related Topics below for more information.
Delete Tracker - Used to remove a Tracker.
NOTE: If you do not want to payout Affiliates automatically through the Affiliate Program, you may also use trackers to gather data in case you want to set up your own custom Referral System. Trackers can be used to trace the number of times banners or links direct traffic from Affiliates to your website, the number of sales generated from Affiliates, and total sales coming from Affiliates. Each time consumers are redirected from to your site, a counter keeps track of the number of raw clicks for referrals. Cookies are set and maintained by CCBill and are located on consumers computers. This keeps track of the Affiliate ID and the sale resulting after consumer sign up.
