The Affiliate Signup Form is the default global signup form for affiliate use. Form instructions are included in the Signup Template HTML and will get your form up and running quickly.
Note: This procedure modifies and places the Affiliate Signup Form on the required website and directs Affiliate signups to its location. New Affiliates may be linked under an existing main Affiliate account. The main Affiliate may access reports and functions for linked accounts through a primary Login ID. Linked Affiliates will not have access to main Affiliate account data. The Affiliate Signup Form will be prefilled automatically with the main Affiliate's data, after the main Affiliate's Login information is typed in the Signup Form Text Boxes described below.
Type the main Affiliate's Current ID (Affiliate ID) in the Signup Form Text Box.
Type the main Affiliate's Username (Login ID or username for the account) in the Signup Form Text Box.
Type the main Affiliate's Password (password for the account) in the Signup Form Text Box.
When Affiliates click Retrieve Data , the Create Affiliate Account page will open, loaded with the main Affiliate's data. After they click Submit , this will sign up and link the new Affiliate account under the main Affiliate account.
If you have not signed up under a CCBILL referral, or you do not desire to link accounts, click Create New Account and you will be directed to the Create New Affiliate Account page. After the new information has been entered, click Submit to send the new information that is on the form.
Clear may be used to set the options on the Affiliate Signup Form back to their default values.
You may go to the Administration > Affiliates > Signup New Affiliates area, if you want to sign up an Affiliate directly.
