Admin System (Tools) > Form Admin

Form Admin permits access to the Signup Form information for the subaccount and the addition or modification of the subaccount's forms. When opening the Form Admin, the Selection Pane with links to Signup Form functions and the Form Library report will be displayed.

WARNING: If any changes are made to the forms or pricing options it is required to Reset the Forms to save the changes. See related topics below for more information.

Menu Functions

To Modify or Review Signup Forms For the Selected Subaccount

  1. In the Form Library report, select a form name from the in the Select Form column.

  2. In the Form Information area, look at the data pertaining to an individual Signup Form such as form information, traffic information, pop-up URLs, and promotional sales information. Activate or deactivate a Signup Form, in the Form Info frame of Form Information area.

  3. Use the links in the Update Form selection pane (upper left area) to setup the Signup Form options and access various Signup Form tools.

Automatic Text Fill Applications: Some CCBill forms use light text on a dark background. Customers who have installed applications such as Google ™ Toolbar (and have not deactivated the Autofill Option) or Norton ™ Password Manager have the text boxes filled with a yellow background making the light text unreadable. CCBill software automatically detects these applications and compensates by substituting black text for the original light text.
