To refund a transaction:
Click the Refund Transaction link on the Subscription Details page. The Refund Subscription page is displayed.
Enter the amount that you wish to refund (from 0.01 to the full transaction amount) in the Refund Amount field.
Select a reason for the refund from the Refund Reason drop-down menu.
Click Finish Refund to complete the refund (or Don't Refund to cancel the action).
Subscription refund reasons:
Webmaster - Webmaster requested refund.
