When you click a linked item under the Total Sales column in the Referred Affiliates Report, you may breakdown the Referring Affiliate 's transactions and view specific subscription information.
A link under a Breakdown By column and total sale amount will be displayed.
The sale amount shown to the right of the Breakdown By column corresponds to the Referring Affiliate's total transaction percentage, i.e., rebills, recurring sales, single sales and trials. Click the Trans Type link to breakdown by a specific transaction. Various links under a Transaction Type column and individual sale amounts will be displayed.
The individual sale amounts correspond to each transaction type's percentage for the Referring Affiliate.
Click one of the following links to display the Affiliate's data:
Rebill - From subscriptions that have rebilled.
Recurring - From recurring billing subscriptions.
Single - From single billing subscriptions or non-recurring subscriptions.
Trial - From trial subscriptions.
A Detail Report will be displayed. The subscription data in the report corresponds to the selected transaction type.
The following information will be displayed in the Detail Report:
Subscription ID - The Subscription ID number of the customer. Click to open the Subscription Details page.
Referring Affiliate - The Affiliate ID number of the Referring Affiliate.
Referred Affiliate - The Affiliate ID number of the Referred Affiliate.
Subaccount - The CCBill client subaccount number .
Transaction Type - The particular kind of transaction for the subscription, i.e., rebill, recurring, single or trial. The report will only display certain types of transaction data. The information displayed is dependent on which link you selected under the Transaction Type heading.
Sale Amount - The Referred Affiliate's percentage amount or value in U.S. dollars for the transaction type.
