The Promotions menu consists of reports that allow you to view statistical information about promotional hits and subscriber discounts. Available reports list transactions where you receive sales, transactions where accounts receive sales and chargeback / refund information.
Promotions menu functions:
Promo Hits - Provides information about the number of times promotional sales have been viewed or accepted by consumers and the number of approved sales resulting from promotions.
Outgoing Transactions - Provides information about your outgoing transactions, which are generated from the promotional sales you setup. CCBill accounts receive payment from CCBill for these sales.
Incoming Transactions - Provides information about your incoming transactions, which are generated from the promotional sales setup by CCBill accounts. You receive credit from CCBill for these sales.
Chargeback / Refund / Void - A list of total chargebacks per day, sorted by credit card chargebacks and returned checks. Provides promotional sales by time period and can be broken down by subaccount, date , amount, payment/ card type, and affiliate . Also offers detailed Subscription ID and consumer information.
Cancel Discounts - You can view the number of times cancel discounts were offered to consumers and whether or not they accepted or rejected the discounts.
