The Pricing Admin allows you to add or choose billing options for the subaccount and setup customer promotional campaigns. The billing options determine the payment amounts, subscription periods, billing types, etc. available to consumers. It is possible to have more than one billing type. Later on you can decide what billing types to offer consumers.

WARNING: If any changes are made to the forms or pricing options it is absolutely necessary to Reset the Forms. See Related Topics below for more information.

When you click into the Pricing Admin, the Selection Pane will contain links to open pricing functions. You will also see the View Pricing List report in the Display area.

Use the View Pricing List report to modify your subscription types. The following shows an example of the View Pricing List report:

To modify the data for subscription types:

  1. Open the Pricing Admin and select an ID from the Pricing Options report. This will open the Single, Recurring, or Premium Access Options page.

  2. In the top area of Single Billing Options, Recurring Billing Options, or Telephone Billing Options look at the data pertaining to an individual subscription type such as price, period and rebill information.

  3. For recurring billing only, you can modify the Promotional Prices in the middle area of the Billing Options page. These allow you to setup loyalty and cancel discounts for the subscription. Promotional Prices are used for promotional campaigns.

  4. In lower area of the Billing Options, you can enter the custom price description for single or recurring subscriptions. This allows you to enter text that explains the subscription to consumers on the Signup Form .

  5. Repeat the above steps to modify other subscription types.
