Admin System (Affiliate) > Administration > Grouping

Grouping allows you to lookup the group status, add a group of Affiliates, email a group of Affiliates and assign Affiliates to a subaccount's group.

If required, choose a subaccount from the drop-down menu in the Selection Pane. Click the View button to access the subaccount information and open the Group Report in the Display area. The Group report provides the overall status of the Groups.

The links under the Grouping Admin heading open the Grouping Admin functions and allow you to administer the Affiliate Groups.

Create New Group - Used to add Affiliate collections.

Email Group - Send email to Affiliate collections.

Assign Affiliates - Organize Affiliates in collections.

Choose a link in the Selection Pane area. Refer to the topics listed above for more information about the links available under the Grouping Admin heading.
