When Allow Blocked Countries are Enabled, CCBill will allow the subaccount to receive Affiliate Signups from all countries. This option is Enabled by default.

When Allow Blocked Countries are Disabled, CCBill will disallow Affiliate Signups listed in the blocked or barred countries. The blocked countries come from a list managed by CCBill.
